Hello I recently started qigong practice and it is wonderful.. I’ve been practicing now around 9months 1hour sometimes 2hours a day and I really feel it’s cleaning my system of all stagnant energy in saying that I’ve started to burp quite a lot is this normal. I read it was a detox phase and it will pass. I’m very interested in the retreat and meeting others who love qigong aswelL. Master jiang would also like to ask him how long he has been practicing qigong for?? And how many hours a day does he practice? Thanks where do I find the podcast???

What would your perfect day of training be like? You do not have to give the details of the training just what type of training, and at what times. Example: Wake up at 7AM, Neigong(7-8), physical exercise(8-9), stillness meditation(9-12), Yoga(12-1), Waigong(1-2), nap training(2-3), Jing conservation training(3-7), Neigong(7-8), stillness meditation(8-12), sleep(12-7).

    Hello again, I have been thinking alot what I really would like to understand, If I could take back the old question and replace it with this one. The question is;
What does master Jiang teach about male & and female relationships, is it possible to combind his practises and have a deep relationship. Or does that level of energy cultivation require that you live celibate?
What is your personal conclusions Aurelian?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

With only 1 day left, we only have 4 questions, so I am going to ask a few more.

In your book, Adventures in Qi Healing with Master Jiang, you mentioned meeting other Qi users; what were your first impressions of them?

What amazing stories of Qi phenomena have you witnesses that no one would believe?

If I discover what Qi is, and create a method of storing Qi in the body faster, would you use my technology to help you with your cultivation, or would you stick with the slower, more traditional methods?

Why do you train? Is it to become a better doctor, be a better fighter, reach physical enlightenment in this lifetime, show off Qi abilities, and/or to get out of the karmic wheel?

PS. If you continue doing these podcasts more people will ask better questions, and you can learn a lot from them. You should have advertised this opportunity on other forums, and Facebook pages. I am sure there are many people dying to ask you questions, but did not know about this thread.

Does one need the guidance of a master from day one, or is all right to start by books/youtube until up to a certain level?

    Thanks

In the video where you and your master use qi to make the bits of paper move, what were you doing with your qi from an experiential standpoint, and how did that work?

    Thanks

Hello, I am very passionate about Qigong and meditation from a young age to know (21 years old). I am a college student from America and I cant visit because I am not financially set yet in the world. So basically, I am just training myself without a teacher which I think you can relate to. My question is can you do a live web cam session for people who cant make it to your or master Jiang teaching?
    Thank you

Hi Aurelian, I have 2 main questions :
    1) is it REALLY necessary to practice 3000hours/day to reach good levels for health (like microcosmic orbit and grand circulation and increase Qi to high levels)
    2) what’s the difference among hunyan strength, fa jin, fa qi and fa shen ? How do we “reach” this hunyan strength ?
Voilà thank you and hope you’ll get these questions in time for your podcast

Este rafinarea jing-ului in (zhen) qi asa cum e predata in geng men pai aceiasi cu ce se vorbeste in traditia taoista?
    3. Se poate invata aceasta arta in Romania sau sunt absolut necesare drumurile in China?

I wish to begin training with the most fundamental basics of qi. I have one goal in mind, to simply experience more life force energy than I normally feel on a day to day basis.
Is there any simple hints or clues or techniques that can be provided in the podcast to generate qi in the body to experience? Please help.

    Dear Aurelian,

What is, in your opinion, happiness and how, if can, it is reachable?

    Thanks

  • Charles December 7, 2015, 3:34 pm

Can you tell us more about your experiences with Luo Kangqi in Bankok? I know very little about him, mainly that he is the grandmaster of the Guanghuapai and can produce the Zhenqi (真氣).

What are the best times to train & best times to avoid training?

What is a healthy ejaculation ‘schedule’, meaning how many days in-between once a week once every 2 weeks etc?

  • Raff December 17, 2015, 1:25 am

Where is the podcast or answers to the previous questions?

    Thanks.

Did Jiang undergo traditional Qi Gong training (meditation, movements, diet etc..)? Or is there more to it.. If there is more to it, what is it?.. Also, when did he start training and how long did it take him to get to this point?

Also, tell me a story involving Qi you think I would not believe.. Thank you 🙂
